Joy Bray

Southwest Missouri is a great place to live and work, which is why I choose to call it home. With roots in Arizona, I settled in Nixa in 2008. We started the Gateway Real Estate Team in 2015, and in 2021 we turned our team into our brokerage.

Real estate is my passion, and over 500 families have trusted me to help them with their Real Estate needs. However, I am not solely focused on assisting families in finding their next home. I also serve locally, volunteering at The Ozark Food Harvest every month. I love participating in other community events, like the Christmas Parade, Creepin at the Crossroads Fall Festival, and organizing the immensely popular Gateway Tour of Lights every December. I was also a State Director for Missouri Realtors and a graduate of the 2021 Leadership Academy.

When I am neither at the office nor volunteering, you will often find me enjoying time with my friends and family or simply hanging out at home with my dog and pet bunny! My husband of 10 years and I love gathering our girls up for impromptu family days at the lake, getting muddy in the woods by our side, grabbing some food, and hitting the local movie theater.

My daily goal is to educate, motivate and inspire those around me.
